To help you achieve this, I offer packages which encourage healthy eating, and weight loss, supporting you as you lose weight.

Both of these ensure continued support for you while you lose weight and rediscover the joy of healthy eating.
These are individualised programmes which last 4 to 8 weeks. The length of the programme which I will recommend depends on what has contributed to your current weight, and I am happy to explain the specific details during a complementary discussion.
