Contents of programme

This comprehensive eight session step-by-step programme aims to put you back in control of managing your weight, and enhance the choices you make about food and exercise.

This programme includes:-

  • 70-page client handbook
  • individualised recordings of the hypnotherapy in 4 of the 8 sessions.
  • 8 personalised sessions (around 60 minutes each)
    • discover your individual triggers for eating (these can include social interactions, emotional feelings, physical sensations, unhelpful thoughts and specific situations)
    • discover how you can overcome these triggers better
    • discover how you can align all aspects of your thinking towards your healthy weight goal
    • learn how to use self-hypnosis to motivate yourself towards your goal
    • discover how to minimise and manage stress
    • discover how to make sensible food choices – in restaurants, when socialising, at work, at home, anywhere!
    • discover how to incorporate exercise into your life
    • and next, learn how to maintain your healthy weight

This programme offers regular support and encouragement, and enables you to check your progress at each appointment and between appointments. This programme empowers you by enabling you to feel differently about exercise, food and eating. It will enable you to design your own hypnotic suggestions.  Incentives to succeed are built in, and you can choose when to schedule each session depending on your progress.

After you have completed the programme, you can use the suite of tools included in the programme and handbook to continue your success on your own.

  • Sessions can be held either in the clinic or online.
  • The success of this programme depends on a joint effort between you and me. I will do my best to assist you. It is also important that you are highly motivated and have a strong desire to reduce your current weight, as this means that the programme is much more likely to help you reach your goal.
